  • Super G3
    It's an international standard that allows the transmission of faxes at up to 33.6 Kbps and uses fax handshaking techniques - called v.8 protocols - to further reduce the transmission time.
  • Fax2Email
    This technology combines the speed and confidentiality of an email with the functionality of a fax. Fax2Email allows to send faxes from a normal fax machine and to reach the recipient's computer as an email.

  • Caller ID
    Calling Number Delivery (CND), also known as Caller ID, is a telephone service intended for residential and small business customers. It allows the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) to receive a calling party's directory number and the date and time of the call during the first 4 second silent interval in the ringing cycle.

  • PBX
    A PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is a small telephone switch owned by a company or organization. These organizations purchase PBX's to reduce the total number of telephone lines they need to lease from the telephone company. Without a PBX, a company will need to lease one telephone line for every employee with a telephone.
  • DTMF
    Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency or DTMF is a signaling system used for dialing telephone numbers using a numeric keypad, instead of using the spinning dial on old pulse-dialing telephones. DTMF was popularized under the trademark name Touch-Tone and is almost universally used in telephones worldwide.
  • SIP
    SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is an IETF standard multimedia conferencing protocol, which includes voice, video, and data conferencing, used for packet-switched networks.
